and first I make name constitute and appoint my nephew John Gunston Junior of London ?? and my good friend Mr Samuel Hollingsworth the Elder of the said Parish of St John in Southwark Cornfactor to be Joint Executors of this my will and I give and bequeath unto the said Mr Samuel Hollingworth Twenty pounds for his care and trouble in executing the same and after my just debts are paid funeral expenses discharged and the legacy above given is well and truly paid and performed
I give devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my Goods Chattels Rights Credits Ready Monies and securities for Money Stocks in the publick funds plate linen wearing apparel household furniture and all other my effects and Estate whatsoever both Real and personal unto my two Nephews the above named John Gunston junior and to his brother Thomas Gunston equally to be divided between them part and share alike
and lastly I revoke and make void all former wills and
Testaments by me many wise heretofore made published or declared In
witness where of I the said Mary Gillbee the testatrix have hereunto set my
hand and seal the seventh day of November in the year of Our lord One
thousand seven hundred and seventy-six. The mark of Mary Gillbe signed
sealed published and declared by the said Mary Gillbee the Testatrix as and
for her only last will and Testament in the presence of us

27th Oct 1807 the admon went to Thomas Gunston as the sole surviving legatee, John Gunston having died intestate
