and first I make name constitute
and appoint my son Nicholas Gillbee to be sole executor of this my will and
I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Gillbee two hundred pounds in
the capital stock of the Bank of England commonly called Bank stock which
I order and direct shall be transferred to her by my said executor within three
months next after my decease
also I give unto my said daughter Mary Gillbee all my wearing apparel of all sorts and all
my wearing linen and household linen
and I give devise and bequeath unto my said son Nicholas Gillbee and to my said daughter Mary Gillbee all those my two leasehold messuages dwelling houses or tenements with the ground and appurtenances to them severally belonging situate lying and being in Gainsford Street in the said parish of St John in Southwark and are contiguous to each other one whereof is in my own occupation and the other in the occupation of Lucy Prevost widow to hold to them my said son Nicholas and daughter Mary equally between them part and share alike (as tenants in common) and to their several and respective executors administrators and assigns for and during the remainder of the term of years while at my decease shall be to come and unexpired in the lease whereby the said premises are held subject to the rent and covenants therein contained on the Tenant or Leasees part to be paid done and performed
and I further give and bequeath unto my said son Nicholas Gillbee and to my said daughter Mary Gillbee all my household goods plate and china and all other my implements of household furniture whatsoever (except my household linen above and specifically bequeathed) equally to be divided between them part and share alike
and I give and bequeath unto my son Richard Gillbee one hundred pounds Bank annuities consolidated of three per cent which I order and direct shall be transferred to him by my said executor within three months next after my decease
and after my just debts are paid funeral expenses discharged and the legacies above given are well and truly paid and performed all the rest residue and remainder of my Bank stock ready money and all other my effects and estate whatsoever both real and personal which I shall die possessed of and which I shal be in any way interested in and entitled unto at the time of deceased I do give devise and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my son Nicholas Gillbee his heirs executors administrators and assigns
and lastly I revoke and make void all former wills and testaments by me in any wise
heretofore made published or declared In witness whereof I the said
Susannah Gillbee the Testatrix have hereuto set my hand and seal the fifth
day of June in the year of Our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy
seven. Susannah Gillbee signed sealed published and declared by the said
Susannah Gillbee the Testatrix as and for her only last will and testament in
the presence of us
