After the payment of all my just debts I give and bequeath to my affectionate wife Jane Charlotte Gilbert all my freehold estate
situate at Herring Hill in the Parish of Erith and all my stock thereon & belonging thereto for the duration of her natural life
and at her decease it is my wish that the said Estate & stock thereon & belonging thereto be sold and equally divided
amongst my children and their heirs
Furthermore I desire that all my other property and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever situated be sold and equally divided amongst my children or their heirs

and I appoint Mr William Palmer of Gt Dover Road and Mr Willm Crafter of Stamford Street London to be Executors
