I direct my debts to be paid
I give to my two daughters Maria and Rebecca All my Clothes furniture books and other articles in my dwellinghouse equally between them
And as to all other my estate and effects which I have any power to give appoint or dispose of I
give appoint or dispose of the same unto and equally between my said two daughters their heirs executors and administrators
Subject nevertheless to and charged with the legacies hereinafter mentioned which I give and direct to be paid immediately after the decease of the
survivor of my two daughters in case they shall both die without having been married that is to say
To my Niece Charlotte Girdlestone the daughter of my late Brother in law Samuel Girdlestone of Torrington Square Esquire deceased if
then living One thousand pounds three per cent consolidated bank annuities
To my Niece Elizabeth Boyce residing with Miss Wilson at Kegworth Gloucestershire if then living one thousand
five hundred pounds like bank annuities
To the children who shall then be living of my late Brother in law The Reverend Theophilus Girdlestone deceased one thousand pounds like
bank annuities
and to my Niece Catherine Donne of Matteshall Norfolk if then living four hundred pounds of like bank annuities
and to the Reverend Henry Girdlestone of Sandford rectory Wiltshire if then living one hundred pounds of like annuities
And I direct that after my decease a competent fund in the said bank annuities shall be set apart to answer the said legacies the interest of which said fund shall be paid to my said two daughters and the survivor of them during their joint lives and the life of the survivor of them
And I appoint my said two daughters Executrixes of this my will And I declare this only to be my last will and testament
