I Give unto my Sister Ann Davis my Flowered Silk Gown my Worked Gown and my Silver Snuff box
I Give to my Neice Ann Davis my Diamond Ring Provided my Son Walter Glede
Shall not Attain the Age of Twenty one Years but not otherwise
I Give unto my Brother John Walter the Ring I had for Mourning for
Mother And also a Pair of Silver Sleeve Buttons set with Stones
And as to the Rest and Residue of my Estate which I shall leave at my Death I Give unto my said Brother John Walter In Trust for the Use and Benefit of my said son Walter Glede to be Delivered up to him on his Attaining the Age of Twenty one Years
And in case he shall not live to that Age then I do Give all my Estate and Effects so Devised to my Son as aforesaid unto my said Brother John Walter
And I do Part in lovely Desire that the following things may not be Disposed of or turned into money but kept for the use of my said Son and Delivered to him on his coming of Age Viz Six Gold rings three large Spoons One Pap Spoon Six Tea Spoons and a Pair of Tea Tongs All of Silver a Silver Watch a Childs Corral and two five Shillings Pieces and all my household Linnen
And I do make my said Brother John Walter and Edward Pierce of
Maidstone Executors of this my last Will hereby revoking all former Wills and
Declaring this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto
set my Hand and Seal this Thirty first day of July In the Year of our Lord One
