Item I give unto my sonne John Goddard tenn shillings
Item I give unto my Daughter Elizabeth the nowe wife of John Templer fyve shillings
Item I give unto Henry Goddard my sonne the poles wherewith the hopps within his garden are poled and allsoe the hopps
groweinge or which shall growe or intreaste? therein this season
And allsoe I doe give unto him tenn shillings of Currant money of England
And my will is that those legacies before given shall be payd and delyvered unto them beetweene this and the Birth of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ Next cominge after my decease by my Executrix heerafter Named
Item I give unto my sonne William Goddard my two hoggs that I have nowe in my keeping
Item I give unto Rickard Goddard my sonne one younge Cowe
and my will is that my wife shall keepe them in their behalfe untill the feast of Snt. Michaell Tharchangell next after my decease
and then to be delivered unto them by my Executrix heerafter Named
Item I give unto my daughter Margarett Goddard fower pounds
Item I give unto my daughter Susan Goddard fower pounds of the like Lawfull money of England
And my will is that the portions t[ha]t I have before given unto any two daughters shalbe payd unto them within one Moneth Next
after their sevrall dayes of Marriage by my Executrix heerafter Named
All the rest of my moveable goods, Cattell and Chattells not heeretofore given in this my Will I give and bequeath unto Margarett Goddard my beloved wife whome I make and ordeine to be my full and whole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament
And nowe am I att quiett Assureinge my selfe when death hath seazed uppon this my body, my Soule shall rest with Christ my Saviour
And I doe publish this to be my last will and testament
