I give and bequeath unto Mrs Elizabeth Ludwell my Mistress a handsome Mourning Ring with two Small diamonds one on each side
I also give and bequeath the sum of forty pounds of lawful money of Great Britain together with all and Singular my Wearing Apparel unto my Sister Elizabeth Bothom of London to be paid her by my Executrix hereinafter named within Six months after my decease
also I give and bequeath unto my Brother Daniel Godfrey of Feversham the Sum of Twenty Pounds to be paid him by my Executrix hereinafter named within Six months after my decease
also I give and bequeath unto my two Neices Mary and Katherine Sayer and to my Neice Mary Bothom ten pounds apeice of like lawfull Money to be paid them by my Executrix hereinafter named within Six months after my decease
also I give and bequeath unto my Nephew George Sayer all and Singular my Plate
and all the rest Residue and remainder of my Goods Chattels ready Money debts Bills Bonds Mortgages Rings Linnen And all other my Estate both real and Personal of what nature or kind soever or wheresoever I give devise and bequeath after my debts Legacies and Funeral Expences are satisfied and Paid unto my Sister Mary Sayer of Charing aforesaid Widow and to her Executors Administrators and assigns
and I do hereby appoint my said Sister Sayer Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and do hereby revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament
