First I give to my Grand Daughter Fanny Goldstone and to my Servant Mary Burr provided the said Mary Burr shall live with me at the time of my decease All my Household Goods and Furniture that I shall be possess�d of at the time of my decease (except a Table Clock which is disposed of as hereafter mentioned) to be equally divided between them with a strict injunction on the said Mary Burr that she shall from time to time as far as is her power see that my Grand Daughter the before mentioned Fanny Goldstone be sent to School to learn to Read & Write in a Common Stile
To my Grandson Robert I bequeath my Table Clock or Time Piece for and during his natural life at his
decease to come to my Grand Daughter Fanny Goldstone if she is the Survivor
All my Plate I give and bequeath to my Grandchildren to be divided amongst them according to the
Labels which I should have affix�d on each Parcel
And the rest and residue of my property of what kind or description soever that I shall be possessed of at the time of my decease I give
and bequeath to my son Henry Goldstone for and during his natural life on the express condition that he neither Mortgage
nor Sell the same but that at his decease it may descend unencumbered to my Grand Daughter Fanny Goldstone
Provided she survives her said Father if not it shall be equally divided amongst my Grand Children share and share alike
