This is the last Will and Testament of me David Gotty of the parish of Tonbridge in the County of Kent Gent made and declared this eighteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty four being of sound and disposing mind and memory

I do give and dispose of all my property both real and personal unto my executors herein after mentioned upon special trust in manner following

I give unto William Carver Carpenter of the Parish of Tonbridge in the County of Kent and to Elizabeth Carver the Wife of the said William Carver or the survivor or longer liver of them all the interest or dividend accruing from 400 stock in the 3 Per Cent Consuls for and during the term of their natural lives
and from and immediately after the decease of the aforesaid William and Elizabeth Carder I do give and dispose of the aforesaid 400 stock in the 3 Per Cent Consuls now standing in the name of David Gotty unto the trust of the late Countess of Huntingdon�s Chapel of Tunbridge Wells and the Superintendent of Kent upon this special trust that the interest thereof be applied by them towards the support of the Minister or ministers and the aforesaid Sunday School of the aforesaid Chapels in equal proportions

and I also give & bequeath unto the aforesaid Elizabeth Carver wife of the aforesaid William Carver the sum of one thousand six hundred pounds secured on mortgage which mortgage bears date the tenth day of July one thousand eight hundred and thirteen for her own use and benefit absolutely
also all the money and notes of hand and furniture and effects that may belong to me at the time of my decease after paying all my just debts funeral expences and the expences of proving this my will

I also give and bequeath unto my two exors hereinafter named the sum of ten pounds each for mourning in consideration of the trouble they shall have in the execution of this my will and I hereby order and direct that my said executors shall reimburse themselves from time to time out of the aforesaid property for their time and expences that they may be subject to in their executorship

I also will that the aforesaid Elizabeth Carver the Wife of the aforesaid William Carver shall not call in the money on mortgage aforesaid without first giving regular notice of the same

I also hereby nominate constitute and appoint James Richardson of the parish of Speldhurst in the County of Kent and William Seamer of the parish of Tonbridge in the County of Kent Grocer joint Executors to this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former and other wills and testaments by me at any time here before made
