This is the last Will and Testament of me John Gravett of the Parish of Knockholt in the County of Kent Farmer

First I will and direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences be fully paid
I then give to my beloved Wife Ann Gravett all my leasehold copyhold or other estates situated in the Parish of Knockholt or elsewhere for her own use and benefit to hold or dispose of in any way she may think proper

I also give to my said beloved Wife all other Property whatsoever or wheresoever I die possessed of I will and direct my Executrix to pay my Sister Elizabeth Cope Wife of George Cope the sum of nine pounds per annum during the term of her natural life

And lastly I make constitute and appoint my said Wife sole Executrix of this my Will and hereby revoking and making void all other Wills at any time before made or executed by me I do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament
