First I give and bequeath unto my Sons Thomas Gream of Oxted in the County of Surry and William Gream of Sevenoakes aforesaid the Sum of Ten Pounds a piece of lawfull Money of Great Britain to be paid to my said Two Sons Thomas and William within one year next after my decease by my Executor hereinafter named
Item all that my Messuage or Tenement with the Land and Premises thereunto belonging situate in Oxted aforesaid and now in the Occupation of my said Son Thomas his Assigns or Undertenants I give and devise unto my Son John Gream of Oxted aforesaid Bricklayer to hold unto my said Son John Gream and to his heirs and Assigns for ever
Item all the rest residue and remainder of my Estate whatsoever or wheresoever that I shall dye possessed of or interested (that is to say) all my Bills Bonds Mortgages Jewells Rings Plate ready money Debts owing me) I give and bequeath unto my said Son John Gream subject nevertheless to the Payment of my Debts Legacies and Funeral Expences that shall at my decease be due and owing
Item I nominate constitute and appoint my said Son John Gream full and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former Wills and Bequests by me at any time heretofore made
In Witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Gream the Testatrix have to this my last Will and Testament
set my hand and seal this third Day of May in the Fourteenth Year of the Reign of our sovereign Lord George the Second by
the grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth and in the year of our Lord
