In the Name of God Amen The Five and Twentieth day of May in the Thirteenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith etc. And in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred twenty and seven
I John Greene of Newington in the County of Kent Blacksmith being somewhat ill of body but of sound and perfect mind and memory God be praised do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following viz�t
First I commend my soul into the hands of Almighty God hoping through the Merits death and passion of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to have full and free pardon and forgiveness of all my sins and to inherit everlasting life
And my body I leave to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named
And as touching all such wordly Estate as it hath pleased Almighty God to bestow upon me I order and dispose thereof as followeth

Item I give devise and bequeath unto my loving wife Elizabeth Greene and to her heirs and assigns forever All that my Messuage or tenement Garden and backside with their and every of their appurtenances situate lying and being in Newington aforesaid to sell & dispose of the same at her will & pleasure

Item All the rest and residue of my personal estate goods & Chattells whatsoever not hereinbefore given after my debts legacies & funeral expences are paid & discharged I give & bequeath unto my loving wife Elizabeth Greene whom I do hereby make ordain nominate and appoint to be full & sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament

And I do hereby revoke & make void all former wills by me heretofore made or declared In Witness whereof I the s�d John Greene have to this my Last Will & Testament set my hand & seal the day & year first above written John Green Signed sealed published & declared by the Testator to be his last Will & Testament in the presence of
