Item I give devise and bequeath unto my loving wife Elizabeth Greene and to her heirs and assigns forever All that my Messuage or tenement Garden and backside with their and every of their appurtenances situate lying and being in Newington aforesaid to sell & dispose of the same at her will & pleasure
Item All the rest and residue of my personal estate goods & Chattells whatsoever not hereinbefore given after my debts legacies & funeral expences are paid & discharged I give & bequeath unto my loving wife Elizabeth Greene whom I do hereby make ordain nominate and appoint to be full & sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament
And I do hereby revoke & make void all former wills by me heretofore made or declared In Witness
