I give devise and bequeath unto my son William Green brazier the sum of Twenty Pounds of lawful money of Great Britain.
I give devise and bequeath unto my son John Green of the parish of Maidstone aforesaid Victualler the sum
of twenty pounds of lawful money of Great Britain.
I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Lyborn wife of Joseph Lyborn pipemaker the
sum of Five pounds in money to buy her mourning.
I give devise and bequeath unto my son James Green now living with me in this town and parish of
Maidstone in the said county of Kent pipemaker the sum of one hundred pounds
now at interest in the South Sea Stock.
I give devise and bequeath unto my son Thomas Green of the town and parish of Maidstone Brazier the sum of one
hundred pounds now at interest in the South Sea Stock.
I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter Fanny Green now at this time with me and for her kindness? to me the sum of one
hundred pounds now at interest in the South Sea Stock.
I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter Mary wife of Zachariah Sweet at this time living in the City of London or its suburbs
the sum of Forty Pounds of Lawful money of Great Britain to be paid her by my executor within six months after my decease
and also all the above Legacy or legacies to be paid above mentioned persons and power given to my son Thomas and
daughter Fanny by my executor within six months after my decease to sell or
dispose of one hundred pounds each as they and each of them shall think proper.
And as to all the rest residue and remainder of my household goods stock in trade, all my wearing apparel both linen and woollen, all my book debts bills bonds plates jewells and effects of what nature or kind soever which I have not hereby disposed of I give unto my son James Green for his sole use and property and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever.
Lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said son James Green sole executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all other and former wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this contained in one sheet of paper to be my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty third day of April one Thousand Seven hundred and Ninty.

This will was proved at London the thirtieth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety four before the Worshipful Samuel Pearse parson Doctor of Laws and Surrogate of the Right Honourable Sir William Wynne Knight also Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of James Green the son of the deceased and sole executor named in the said will to whom admon was granted of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased having been first sworn duly to administer.
