I give and bequeath unto my Sister Mary Elliott Wife of Alexander Elliott of Cranbrook in the County of Kent Yeoman twenty Pounds for Mourning
I give and bequeath to my Nephew John Elliott of Cranbrook aforesaid Shopkeeper twenty Pounds for Mourning
I give and bequeath to Samuel Baker of Milbank Westminster Gentleman Fifty Pounds for Mourning
I give and bequeath to Susanna Higgs Spinster One hundred Pounds provided she should be living with me at the time of my Decease
I give and bequeath in trust for three Persons to be Nominated and Appointed by the Church Wardens for the time being of the Parish of Goudhurst aforesaid two hundred Pounds three per Cent South Sea Annuities for ever the Interest arising therefrom to be laid out on the third Sunday in each month in the Purchase of twenty six Penny Loaves to be distributed on that day to twenty Poor Housekeepers of the said Parish who do not receive Alsms of the Parish at the discretion of the said Church Wardens
And as to all the rest and residue of my Estate and Effects both real and Personal wheresoever the same be or of whatsoever the same shall consist at the time of my Decease I give devise and bequeath the same unto my Son Stephen Groombridge of West Smithfield London Linen draper and to his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever
And Lastly I nominate Constitute and appoint my said Son Stephen Groombridge Sole Executor of this my Will
