I give devise and bequeath all and singular my freehold and leasehold estates or parts and shares of freeholds and leasehold estates wheresoever situate and all and singular my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my brother WILLIAM GUY of Maidstone aforesaid Gentleman his heirs executors administrators and assigns to hold according to the natures of the same estates respectively subject only to the payment of my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and I appoint the said WILLIAM GUY my sole Executor of this my will.

Proved at London 7th March 1844 before the Judge by the oath of WILLIAM GUY the brother the sole exor to whom admon was granted having been first sworn by common duly to administer.
