I nominate and appoint Dorothy Ann Haley my Niece Spinster sole Executrix of this my Will
I Give and bequeath to Thomas Kent my Nephew Two hundred Pounds & capital Stock in the three per cents reduced
I also Give to my Niece Charlotte Haley one hundred pounds Stock
I also Give to William Kent Father of Thomas Kent the Sum of Five Pounds
I also Give to my Nephew to my Godson Thomas Christopher Cocker the like Sum of Five Pounds
And I Give to his Mother Elizabeth Cocker the Sum of one Guinea to purchase a Ring
I also Give to my God Daughter Maria Lewis the Sum of Five Pounds
I Give and bequeath to Dorothy Ann Haley my Niece my Executrix of this my Will the Sum of three hundred pounds capital Stock in the three per cents reduced likewise all my Wearing Apparel in .... also six tea Spoons and Tongs and Four large Table Spoons and all other my effects and Property in this my Will not disposed of
To the said Ann Haley my Niece in Case I die at Aylesford to bury me there and to discharge all my Funeral
and other Expences and also to pay all Legacies and Debts whatsoever due from me
Also to purchase Gloves and Hatbands for the Men Servants and Gloves and Ribbons for the Women Servants living under the
Countess of Aylesford in order that they may attend my Funeral
The Bearers to have Hatbands Ribbons and Gloves and the Sum of Five Shillings each
hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me at any Time made and do declare this only to be and contain my last Will and
Testament In Witness whereof I have to this my said Will contained in one Sheet of Paper set my hand and Seal this Twelfth day of June one
