I Thomas Hambroke of the p[ar]ishe of Norborn in the Countie of Kent of good & hole mynde & remembrance beyng nevrthelesse syke of bodye make my prsent testament & last will yn forme fol[o]weng
First In sonns I bequethe my soule to Almyghty God to our blessed ladye his Mother And to all the holy company of hevyn And my bodie to be buried yn the churcheyard of Norborn aforesaid

Item I give & (be)quethe to the high aulter of the same churche for my tithes and oblacons forgotym A Shepe
Item I give and bequethe to Sylvester Hambroke my sone A pott And A panne And A Bullokk of the Age of A yere
Item as concernyng my buryall and my Monethes mynde I putt to the discretion of Willm my sone
And the said Willm shall cause to be said or song in the said Churche at my xij monethes my dirige & 10 masses

Furthermore I will that Willm my sone shalhave my howse and all my lands within the parishe of Norborn for evr
payeng to his Brother Sylvester iij li [£3] in forme foloweng (That is to saye) At my xij monethes mynde xxs And at my ij yeres mynde xxs And at my iij yeres mynde other xxs

The Residue of all my goods moveable & unmoveable I give and bequethe to Willm my sone, my debts & bequethes payed, Whiche Willm I make myne Executor That he dispose for my soule, my frends soules & all xpen [Christian] soules as it shalbe most necessary expedyent to be doon [done]
