First I give and devise unto my two youngest Daughters Jane Hambrook and Margaret Hambrook and their Heirs forever All that my Mesuage or Tenement and the Lands thereunto belonging with their and every of their Appurtences situate & lying and being in the several parishes of Wye and Brooke or one of them in the said County of Kent now in the Tenure or Occupation of Thomas Butcher? or his Asigns
Item I give & devise all
that? my Mesuages or Tenem'en't wherin I now dwell and the lands thereunto
belonging with their and every of their Apputen'an'ces situate lying and
being in Lyme aforesaid unto my son George Hambrook his Heirs forever
And I further give and devise unto my Son George Hambrook and his Heirs forever
All and singular my Lands Tenem'ts and Hereditaments Lying and being in the
several Parishes of Aldington Lyme afore'd & Newington next Hythe in the
said County of Kent and now also in the Tenure or Occupation of me the said
William Hambrooke
And I further give and bequest unto my said Son George
Hambrook all and singular my goods Ch'att'els and personal Estate whatsoever
Item? my said son George Hambrook paying out of the aforesaid Mesonages
Lands and p'ro'mises and my s'ai'd personal Estate herein before given
devised and bequeathed unto him.
Unto my Daughter Sarah Hambrook the Sum
of One Hundred and fifty pounds of lawfull money of Great Britain in manner
and form following (that is to say) ffifty pounds part thereof twelve months
next after my decease and the like sum of ffifty pounds a year yearly
afterwards untill the said sum One Hundred and ffifty pounds shall be to my
said Daughter Sarah Hambrook her Executors Administrators or Assignes fully
satisfied contented and paid.
And also hereby constitute and appoint my said
Son George Hambrook sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament and
also revoke and make void all former wills by me at any time made and do
publish and declare this only to be my Last Will and Testament. In witness
whereof I the said William Hambrook have to this my Last Will and Testament
set my Hand and Seal this Thirteenth day of ffebruary in the First year of
the Reign of our Sovereign Lard George by the Grace of God now King of Great
Britain Anno Dom' 1714 William Hambrook his mark Signed Sealed Published
and Declared by the said William Hambrook the Testator for and as his last
Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto in his presence
suscribed our names as witnesses
