ROBERT TUMBER all and singular my house and lands with what buildings shall be
upon it in the Parish of Mersham together with the Household furniture and other effects except what is mentioned to be given away
I will that the part given to ROBERT TUMBER to descend to ROBERT TUMBER his brothers son at his decease.
I give and bequeath to ROBERT TUMBER son of EDWARD TUMBER the sum of five pounds of lawful money
I give and bequeath to THOMAS TAYLOR aforesaid two pair of sheets
and his daughter JANE a large silver Tablespoon and a gold ring.
And I constitute make and ordain the aforesaid MARY TUMBER and ROBERT her Uncle and DANIEL CHITTENDEN of the Parish of Hothfield to be my Executors
To pay the above Legacies in twelve calendar months after my decease out of my money and other effects whether out upon bonds notes or otherwise
and all unavoidable expenses to be allowed the Executors.
