First I give and bequeath unto FRANCES my beloved wife all and every part of all my money household furniture live and dead stock husbandry utensils together with all and every other property that I stand possessed of at my decease for the term of her natural life.
Secondly at the expiration of the natural life of my well beloved wife FRANCES I give all and every part of what is left to be equally and even divided between all my children that may then be living. And in the case of the death of any of my said children unmarried then this share to be equally divided amongst my children then living. But in case of any of my children married should die before that time then their father or mothers share to be equally divided amongst their children.
Thirdly I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved son W1LLIAM to be my Executor to this my last Will and Testament with the addition of ten pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be raised out of my effects over and above his equal and even share for the trouble that he may take therein.
And I do hereby utterly revoke and discount all and every other former Will and
Testament by me in and every willed and bequeathed ratifying and confirming this
and no other to be my last Will and Testament.
