in the first place I will and devise that all my just Debts and the Expenses of my Funeral which I desire may be as private as decency will admit of Costs of Proving this my Will and all other incidental charges be fully paid and satisfied.
And subject thereto I give devise and bequeath all and every my messuages lands tenements and hereditaments parts parparts and shares of messuages lands tenements and hereditaments whatsoever and wheresoever situate lying and being whereof or wherein I am seized or entitled to any estate of freehold or inheritance in possession reveision remainder or expectancy and also all and singular my goods chattels household furniture and implements of household stock in Trade and Effects monies and securities for money credits and all other my personal estate unto and to the use of my dear and loving wife JANE HANDCOCK her heirs executors administrators and assigns respectively forever.
And I nominate constitute and appoint my said wife JANE HANDCOCK sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
In Witness whereof I the said DAVID HANDCOCK the Testator of this my last Will
and Testament contained in one sheet of paper set my hand and seal the fifth Day of
April one thousand eight hundred and eight. DAVID HANDCOCK signed sealed
published and declared by the said DAVID HANDCOCK the Testator as and for his
last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence
and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
