In the Name of God Amen I Ann Hardy of the Parish of Boughton under Blean in the County of Kent Widow being weak of Body but of sound mind and memory Do make this my last Will in manner and form following
First I recommend my Soul to Almighty God hoping through the merits of Jesus Christ to be saved My Body I will that it buried in a private manner And as for my Worldly Goods I dispose of as follows

What I have of the Bull and Gate in Holbourn I leave to my sister Catherine Bolny but if she marry, then from that time I will that it shall go to her eldest Son Henry Bolny
and out of it I leave Five Pounds yearly to be paid to my sister Mary Renalds at two payments Michaelmas and Christmas during her natural life and for her own proper use independent of her husband
And after her decease I leave the five pounds to be paid to my Niece Dorothy Renalds during her natural life
if the Term be not expired I leave to each of my sister Bolny’s children to each a Guinea out of her proportion if she thinks fit

I leave five pounds To Mrs Mary Bostock
my brown Gown and wrought Apron I leave to Mrs Caens
I leave a Guinea to Mrs Han. Stacy to buy a Ring if she thinks fit
I leave ten shillings to Goody Baker of South Street
My worst Cloaths I leave to Elizabeth Low and to Goody Worly and some small part to Elizabeth Bensted

All the rest of my Money Goods and Chattels I leave equally between unto my two Sisters Mary Renalds and Catherine Bolny my sister Renalds share to her own proper use independent of her husband

And I do revoke all former Wills made And by this my will I appoint Executors my two Sisters Mary Renalds and Catherine Bolny
