if she do mary agayn Then I will that Thomas my eldest Son wth all his brothers and my daughter shall enter

Fyrste I give and bequethe one ten'te wth a garden lyenge & beinge in the pishe of Saynte Clements aforesayd wch John Churche my Son in lawe
nowe dwelleth in to Cycelye Churche my daughter and to her hayers of her body lawfully begotten
And yf yt happen that the said Cycylye to dye withowt hayeres of her bodye lawfully begotten Then I will the said tente. wth the garden to
Remaigne to Richard my Sonne and his hayeres for ever

Richard my Sonne & to his hayers for ever
Item I give & bequethe on tente withe thapprtenncs sett lyenge & beinge in the hyestrete within the said Town whiche Roberte Starre marynr
[mariner] now dwellethe in and on Stable adjoyninge unto the said tente and one tent wth thapprtenncs nexte joyninge together wch Jeffereye
the taylor nowe dwellethe in to Rychard my youngeste Son and to his hayeres of his bodye lawfully begotten after the decease of Alice my Wiffe
If it happen the said Rychard to dye wthowt hayeres of his body lawfully begotten and before his said mother Then I will the said too tents and
the stable aforesaid after the decease of Alice my wiffe to remaigne to Thomas my Sonne and to his hayeres for ever
Item I give and bequethe to Alice my wiffe all the said tents wch I have geven to Thomas, Henry and Richard my Sonnes for terme of her naturall liffe she kepinge Rep[ar]acons suffyciently condycionally (that is to say) if my said wiffe do kepe her self sole & not mary agayn then I will she peacably have (&) hold the same tents, if she do mary agayn then I will that all my Sones ymedyatly shall enter their own houses to their own pp [proper] use accordinge to this my last will and she owt of the same to be put utterly owt
