This is the last Will and Testament of me Scrim Harman of Stone next Dartford in the County of Kent Yeoman
First and principally I resign my poor and immortal Soul into the Hands of Almighty God and my Body I commit to the Earth to be Decently buried at the Discretion of my Executors herein after named
And as for such Worldly Estate as it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I give and Dispose thereof as follows (that is to say)

First I will order and Direct that all such just Debts as I shall owe at the Time of my Death and my Funeral Expences be paid and satisfied with all convenient Speed after my Decease

Also I give and Devise all those my Messuages or Tenements with the Gardens Land and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same belonging in the several Occupations of William Rand and William Sage in the Parish of Stone next Dartford aforesaid and all other my Real Estate whatsoever unto my Uncle Thomas Harman his Heirs and Assigns for ever

Also I give and bequeath unto my Housekeeper and faithful Servant Margaret Beale Six hundred Pounds in Annuities part of the consolidated three Per Cent Bank Annuities now belonging to me to be transferred to the said Margaret Beale within three Months next after my Decease to whom in such Case I give the same accordingly

Also I give unto my loving Aunt Elizabeth Broome two hundred Pounds in Annuities further Part of my said Bank Annuities to be transferred to her within three Months next after my Decease
Also I give unto my Cousins James Sommerton and Mary Bristow the Sum of One hundred Pounds a piece in Annuities to be transferred to them respectively within three Months next after my Death

Also I give to my friend Thomas Hohnsley of Stone next Dartford aforesaid Yeoman the Sum of One hundred Pounds to be paid to him by my Executors within six Months next after my Decease
Also I give and bequeath unto my Cousin Thomas Harman the Younger the Sum of twenty Pounds

and all the Rest and Residue of my Monies Goods Chattles Effects and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what Nature or Quality soever I give Will and bequeath unto my said Uncle Thomas Harman the Elder and to my said Aunt Elizabeth Broome equally Share and Share alike and to their respective Executors and Administrators

And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said Uncle Thomas Harman the Elder and to my said Cousin Thomas Harman the Younger joint Executors of this my Will

And revoking all former Wills I declare this only to be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the sixteenth Day of January in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and seventy two Scrim Harman
