This last Will and Testament of me George Harman of Erith in the County of Kent being of sound mind do hereby will to my dear beloved Wife Jane Harman my son Richard Harman my Daughters Mary Ann Harman & Jane Elizabeth Harman as follow
that the property I now possess consists of a Wharf & six Tenements which shall remain in the possession of my Wife Jane Harman until all my Children are of age at which period the property to be disposed of if necessary

And I hereby appoint James Sergeant of Erith & Jane Harman my Wife as Trustees to the above mentioned property & that the Trustees do after disposing of the said property divide the same equally namely between my Wife (if she remains single) my son Richard my daughters Mary Ann & Jane Elizabeth and all my personal property Book Debts etc. to be divided in the same way as hereinbefore mentioned

and I hereby sign this my last Will & Testament revoking all preceding signed this 30th day of July 1814 and I do appoint the above Trustees James Sergeant & Jane Harman as Executor & Executrix to this my last Will & Testament
