Imprimis I give and bequeath to my son William Harriss at Loose Mould Maker Five Pounds
I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Harriss Tanner in Rotham Parish the sum of Five Pounds
I give and bequeath to my son James Harriss Carpenter the sum of one shilling
I give and bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth Harriss one shilling
I give and bequeath to my Daughter Mary Collins the Sum of Ten Pounds
All which Legacies to be paid by my Executrix hereafter mentioned in one whole Year and a day after my decease
I give and bequeath to my well beloved Wife whom I constitute make and ordain my sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament all my Personall Estate whatsoever that is to say All my Household Goods Beds and Beding Linnen and Woollen Brass and Pewter likewise all my Plate Rings and Jewells of all kinds likewise two Clocks and all other my Household Goods whatsoever
Likewise I leave to my said Executrix all my Stock in Trade and likewise Stock which is upon the Land live Stock and other within doors and without
And I do hereby utterly disallow revoke and disannul all and every other former
Testaments Wills Legacies and Bequests and Executors by me in any ways
before named Willed and Bequeathed Ratifying and Confirming this and no other
to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and seal the day and year above written WH
