This is Last Will and Testament of me Benjamin Richard Harris of the town of Folkestone in
the county of Kent mariner
I appoint my beloved wife Ann Harris sol excutix of this my will
I give device and bequeath unto said Ann Harris all my sole and personal estate and effects
what so ever and where so ever and of what nature or kind so ever to hold the same unto and
to the use of my said wife Ann Harris her heirs executor administrators and assigns for ever
and I do hereby evoke all former wills in witness where I have unto set my hand this
fourteenth day of September in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-six
Benjamin Richard Harris signed by the above Benjamin Richard Harris the testator in the
presence of us was sworn in present at the same time and attesters and subscribed the same in
the presence of each other and of the testor-

Proved at London the 22nd November 1847 before the judge by the oath of Ann Harris widow
the relict the sole exectix to whom admmon was granted having been first sworn by common
duly to administer.
