I make and ordayne Christopher Harte my elder sonne my true and lawfull Executor
Item I gyve to Alexander Harte and xpofer [Christopher] Harte the profett of Bretts the howse that Gyles now dwelleth in
equallye to be devyded as longe as Julyan my wyef doth lyve
And then I gyve to Christopher Harte the fee Symple of Bretts after my wyves decease
And then I wyll that Christopher Harte shall paye to Thomas Harte twentye shillings w[i]thin one yeare after my decease w[i]thout
frawde or deceate
Item I wyll to my wyef the Dwellyinge in my newe howse the Terme of her lyef and to keape yt Tennant lyke
And then after my wyves decease I gyve it to Alexander the same newe howse that Wyllyam Baylye now dwellethe in fee Symple for ever
And for Alexander Harte to paye to Thomas Harte twentye shillings w[i]thin one yeare after my wyves decease w[i]thout frawde or deceate
Item I wyll that if my three sonnes do dye w[i]thout heyres of their bodyes lafullye begotten Then I gyve to John Mantells children
their goods
Item I wyll all my debtts to be payde out of mye moveables And then if there be anye lefte of my moveables I wyll it equallye to be devyded
betwyxte my wyef and Three Sonnes I wyll Wyllyam [Julyan?] and Thomas to have one half and Alexander and Christopher to have the other parte

Jellion Harte, widdowe was buried 23rd February 1611 at Stowting.
