I Jeremiah Hartley of the Town and Borough of Deal in the County of Kent Pilot do this third day of September One thousand seven hundred and ninety two make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say)

I give and devise all and singular my Freehold Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever and wheresoever unto my Wife Mary Hartley for and during the term of her natural life without Impeachment of Waste
and from and immediately after her decease I give and devise the said Lands Tenements and Hereditaments unto my Grandson Jeremiah Hartley and my Grandaughter Jane Hartely equally to be divided between them share and share alike as Tenants in Common and not as joint Tenants and to their several and respective Heirs and Assigns for ever

Also I give and bequeath all and singular my Goods Chattels Effects Debts due and owing to me Money Securities for Money and all other my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever (subject to the payment of my Debts Funeral Expences and the Expences of proving and executing this my Will) unto my said Wife Mary Hartley her Executors Administrators and Assigns absolutely

And I do hereby nominate and appoint her my said Wife Mary Hartley Sole Executrix of this my last Will hereby revoking all my former Wills
