I give and devise unto my beloved wife Sarah Harvey all and every my messuages lands tenements and hereditaments and all and every my monies securities for monies household Goods implements of household bedding linen plate brass pewter and all other my Estate both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever that I shall leave or be any way entitled unto at the time of my decease to hold all the same unto my said wife Sarah Harvey and her Assigns for and during the term of her natural life she keeping all and every my messuages and buildings in good and tenantable repair
and from and after the Decease of my said wife Sarah Harvey I give and devise
all and every my said messuages lands tenements and hereditaments and real and personal Estate
in manner following
one full fourth or quarter part thereof unto my brother John Harvey his heirs
Executors Administrators and Assigns
another full fourth or quarter part thereof unto my brother Robert Harvey his heirs
Executors Administrators and Assigns
another full fourth or quarter part thereof unto my brother Solomon Harvey his heirs
Executors Administrators and Assigns
and the remaining full fourth or quarter part thereof unto my Nephews Thomas Baker and John
Gittins and my niece Mary the Wife of Hammerden May? [Major] their heirs Executors Administrators
and Assigns equally to be divided between them share and share alike and take as tenants in
common and not as joint tenants
and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said
beloved wife Sarah Harvey and my said brother John Harvey to be joint executors of this my
said will and thus I conclude the same In witness whereof I the said Roger Harvey the Testator
have to each sheet of this my said Will contained in two sheets of paper set and affix my hand
and seal this twentieth day of July in the eighteenth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the Third by the grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the
faith Gr? and in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy-eight � Roger

Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence
of each other have subscribed our names as Witnesses

This Will was proved at London on the twenty eighth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seven before The Right Honourable Sir William Wynne Wright Doctor of Laws Master Doctor Doctor or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of Sarah Harvey widow the Relict of the deceased and the surviving Executrix named in the said Will to whom Administration was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the deceased having been first sworn by Commission duly to administer
