I give devise and bequeath all and every my messuages lands Tenements Hereditaments and real
Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and all my Household Furniture plate linen china goods chattels money securities for
money debts and all other my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind or
quality soever unto my daughter Mary Hatfeild now residing with me in the said Parish of Eastry
To hold the same unto and to the use of her the said Mary Hatfeid her heirs executors administrators and assigns according to the nature
thereof respectively for her own absolute use and benefit
And I appoint my said daughter the said Mary Hatfeid sole Executrix of this my Will
