This is the last Will and Testament of me Hannah Hawkins late of Maidstone in the County of Kent Spinster

First I direct that all my just debts and Funeral Expences be paid and satisfied
and I further direct that my Body be decently buried at the place where I shall happen to die

I give unto my dear Sister Sarah the Wife of Richard Carr of the Parish of Llanarth in the County of Monmouth Esqr and my Nephew Richard Wattell of Bromsgrove in the County of Worcester Gentleman only child of the said Sarah Carr by Richard Wattell heretofore of Maidstone aforesaid Gentleman her late Husband deceased all my Goods Chattles Moneys Debts and Securitys for Money and all other my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever except my wearing apparel equally between them share and share alike as Tenants in Common

And I give unto my said Sister Sarah Carr all my wearing apparel

and I do hereby constitute and appoint my said Nephew Richard Wattell sole Executor of this my Will
hereby revoking all other Wills by me made and declaring this only to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the thirty first day of July one thousand seven hundred and seventy nine Hannah Hawkins
