This is the last Will and Testament of me Abraham Hawkins of Maidstone in the County of Kent Gentleman

I give devise and bequeath all my Real and Personal Estate whatsoever unto and equally between my natural daughter Mary Ann Hawkins now living with me and my Son Abraham Hawkins their heirs Executors Admors and assigns equally between them as tenants in common
but in case either of them should die under the Age of twenty one without leaving lawful issue I give devise and bequeath the share of her or him so dying unto the survivor of them his or her heirs Executors Admors and assigns

And I appoint William Oliver of Week Street Maidstone Currier and my said daughter Executors of this my Will and Guardians of my said Son during his minority and the said William Oliver also Guardian of my said daughter during her minority

Proved at London 17 April 1841 by the Oath of William Oliver power reserved to Mary Ann Hawkins Spinster a Minor

Proved at London 13 August 1849 to Mary Ann Moorcraft (formerly Hawkins) Wife of William Moorcraft having attained the age of twenty one years
