In the Name of God Amen
I James Hawley of Lower Rainham in the County of Kent, Farmer do hereby make and publish this my last Will and Testament being of sound mind and understanding
First I will that all my just debts and Funeral Expences be discharged and paid

then I give and bequeath unto Richard Hawley my Son the sum of one shilling to be paid by my Executors hereinafter named

I give and bequeath unto my Children John Hawley, Elizabeth and Ann share and share alike
with a fourth share of my said property of what I may die possessed of and of what nature or kind soever unto and among the Children of my said Daughter Mary share and share alike as they shall respectively attain the Age of Nineteen years

And in Case I should die before they or either of them should attain the Age of Nineteen Years then In Trust with my said Executors to put the said fourth share out at Interest to the best advantage and apply the Interest thereof unto and towards the Maintenance and bringing up of the said Children of my said Daughter Mary until he or they should attain the Age aforesaid

And I do hereby Nominate and Appoint my said Son John Hawley and Harbut Palmer Husband to my said Daughter Elizabeth Executors of this my Will and testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made
and do declare this my last Will and Testament to which I have put my Seal and made my mark this seventeenth day of May One thousand Eight hundred

Signed Sealed Published and declared by the said Testator as his last Will and Testament in the Presence of us who in his Presence and in the Presence of each other Do Witness the same

This Will was proved at London the sixteenth day of June in the Year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred before the Worshipful Charles Coote, Doctor of Laws and Surrogate of the right honourable Sir William Wynne, Knight, also Doctor of Laws, Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfull constituted by the Oaths of John Hawley the Son of the deceased and Harbut Palmer the Executors named in the said Will to whom Administration was granted of all and singular the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said deceased having been first sworn duly to administer
