I give Devise and bequeath All and Singular my Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever in The parish of Deale or Elsewhere in The County of Kent unto my Sons Peter Hayman & John Hayman and to their Heires and Assignes forever equally between Them
Provided always and my Will is And I do hereby give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary (Wife of James Martin) During The Term of her Naturall Life One Anuity or yearly Sume of Twenty Shillings p[er] Annum To be Isueing, going out and Yearly To be had, received and taken of in and Out of All my Said Messuages, Lands, Tenements and Hereditam[en]ts whatsoever, payable halfe yearly at The feasts of St. Michael Th'archangell and The Annunciacon of The Blessed Virgin Mary The First payment to be made on the first of The Said Feasts That Shall next happen after my decease, free of all Taxes and Charges whatsoever
And if it Shall happen The Said Twenty Shillings p. Anum be behind and unpaid Then it Shall and may be Lawfull for the Said Mary and her Assignes into my Said Messuages, lands and Hereditam[en]ts to enter and Distrein and the distress and Distresses Then and There found to take, Drive, Carry away, withhold and keep untill The said Anuity and all Arrears Thereof Shal be to her well and Truely paid and Satisfyed and all Charges of Distreining, Free of all Taxes according to the True meaning of This my Will
Item I give and bequeath unto my Wife Elizabeth the yearly Sum of Ten Shillings to be paid to her yearly by my said Sons Peter and John out of the Rents of my Said Lands and Hereditaments for the Space of Four years after my Decease of She So Long Live and in Case of Nonpayment I do hereby give her full power to Distrein for The Same
Item all and singular my Goods, Chattells and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever, Of what Nature, Kind or Quality Soever, I give and bequeath unto my said Sons Peter and John equally to be divided between Them
Item I make ordain and Constitute my said Son Peter Hayman full and Sole Executor of This my Will and Revoking all former Wills I make declare and publish This only to be ny True and last Will and Testament Contained in This prsent Sheet of Written paper

Robert Hamman, bachelor and Elizabeth Sparks, Spinster, both of Deal. At. St. Clement or St. Peter, Sandwich, Kent, 31 Aug 1698 after a Licence.
Actual marriage (Robert Hammon) was at St. Peter, Sandwich, and on 1 Sep 1698.
