In the Name of God Amen I Mary Hayman of the Town and Borough of Deal in the County of Kent Widow being mindful of my Mortality do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)

I give and bequeath my Four Hundred pounds Stock in the old Joint Stock of South Sea Annuities now standing in my names unto my Son Thomas Hayman of Deal aforesaid Cordwainer upon Trust that my said Son shall and do within Seven Calendar Months next after my decease Sell and dispose of the said Sum of Four hundred pounds annuity Stock and after deducting the Costs and charges attending such Sale shall and do pay and distribute the Money arising thereby in the shares and proportions following (that is to say)

One full sixth part thereof unto my Son Robert Hayman of Deal aforesaid Cordwainer;
one other full sixth part thereof unto my Son Lancelot Hayman of Deal aforesaid Yeoman;
one other Sixth part thereof unto my Son William Hayman of Deal aforesaid Cordwainer;
one other Full sixth part thereof unto my Daughter Susanna Verrier the Wife of William Verrier of Deal aforesaid Wheelwright;
one other full sixth part thereof unto Richard Hayman of Deal aforesaid Joiner the natural or reputed Son of my late Daughter Elizabeth Chambers deceased;
and the remaining one full sixth part thereof unto my two Grandsons Samuel Mourilyan and John Mourilyan the two Children of my late daughter Amy Mourilyan Widow deceased equally to be divided between them my two Grand Sons Samuel Mourilyan and John Mourilyan share and share alike

And as to all the rest and residue of my Goods, Chattels, Effects, debts due and owing to me, Money, Securities for Money and all other my personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever not herein before disposed of (after payment of all my just debts and Funeral Expences and the charges of proving and executing this my Will) I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my aforesaid Son Thomas Hayman and to his Executors Adm[inistrat]ors and Assigns absolutely to and for his and their own use and benefit

And I make constitute and appoint my said Son Thomas Hayman full and Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament
and lastly I revoke all former Wills by me made

In Witness whereof I the said Mary Hayman have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal this Fourteenth day of March in the Year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and Seventy eight

Signed Sealed published and declared by the said Mary Hayman the Testator as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto Subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto in her presence and at her request and in the presence of each other

This Will was proved at London the fifth day of July in the Year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and eighty one before the before the Right Worshipful Peter Calvert Doctor of Laws, Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of Thomas Hayman the Son of the deceased and Sole Executor named in the said Will to whom Administration was granted of all and Singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased having been first Sworn by Commission duly to Administer
