This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Hayman of Deal in the County of Kent Widow made this twenty fourth day of August in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and nine as follows (That is to say)

I Give and Bequeath All and singular my Goods, Chattles and Effects, Debts due and owing to me, Monies, Securities for Money, Money in any of the Public Stocks or Funds of this Kingdom, and all other my Personal Estate whatsoever and whensoever and of what kind or nature soever may be or consist at the time of my decease (After payment of all my Just Debts, Funeral Expences and the Costs and Charges of proving and executing this my Will)
Unto my four Children, Catherine the wife of John Partridge of Deal aforesaid, mariner; William Hayman, John Hayman and Robert Hayman
equally to be divided between them my said four Children Catherine Partridge, William Hayman, John Hayman and Robert Hayman share and share alike and to their several and respective Executors Administrators and Assigns absolutely to and for their own Use and Benefit

And I do hereby make Constitute and Appoint my said son Robert Hayman full and sole Executor of this my last will and Testament
And Lastly I revoke all former Wills by me made

In Witness whereof I the said Mary Hayman the Testatrix have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first aforesaid

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Mary Hayman the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our Names as Witnesses thereto in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other

The before registered Will of Mary Hayman deceased was proved the fifth day of May 1812 before the Right Hon'ble Sir William Scott Knight, Doctor of Laws, Commissary General of the City and Diocese of Canterbury, lawfully constituted by the Oath of Robert Hayman (the Son) the sole Executor named in the said Will He being first sworn by Commission well and truly to perform the same.

Note: Mary Hayman, aged 92, was buried at St. Leonard, Deal, Kent on 27 Mar 1812.
