First I give devise and bequeath All and every my Freehold and Leasehol Messuages Lands Tenements hereditaments and real estate whatsoever and wheresoever with their and every of their appurtenances unto my well beloved Wife Elizabeth Hayman her heirs executors administrators and assigns (according to the nature and quality of the said respective Estates) to and for her and their own absolute use and benefit
Also I give and bequeath unto my Son John Spain Hayman the sum of Five pounds to be paid him within one Calendar Month next after my decease
and subject to the payment of the said Legacy and all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expences I do hereby give and bequeath all and singular my goods chattels and effects, debts due and owing to me, money securities for Money, Money in any of the Public Stocks or Funds of this Kingdom and all other my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what kind or nature soever the same shall be or consist at the time of my decease unto her my said Wife Elizabeth Hayman her executors administrators and assigns absolutely and for her and their own use and benefit
And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint her my said Wife Elizabeth Hayman full and sole Executrix of this my Will and lastly I revoke all former Wills by me made
In Witness whereof I the said Alexander Hayman the Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written

On the 24th May 1837 admon. (with the Will annexed) of the Goods, Chattels and Credits of Alexander Hayman late of the Town and Borough of
Deal in the County of Kent Gentleman deceased was granted to John Spain Hayman the Son and admor. [Administrator] of the
Goods of Elizabeth Hayman Widow deceased whilst living the Relict sole Executrix and Residuary Legatee named in the said Will having been
first Sworn by Commission duly to administer the said Elizabeth Hayman survived but died without having proved the said Will.

On the 8th June 1854 admon. (with the Will annexed) of the Goods, Chattels and
Credits of Alexander Hayman late of the Town and Borough of Deal in the County of Kent
Gentleman deceased left unadministered by John Spain Hayman deceased whilst living the Son and
Administrator of the Goods of Elizabeth Hayman Widow deceased whilst living the Relict sole
Executrix and Residuary Legatee named in the said Will was granted to John Woodruff and Richard
Castle the administrators of the unadministered Goods of the said Elizabeth Hayman deceased
having been duly sworn by Comon [Commission] duly to administer
The said Elizabeth Hayman died without having proved the said Will.
