In the Name of God Amen
I Frances Head of Spinster of the Borough of Queenborough in the County of Kent being in perfect mind and memory (praised be God) maketh this my last Will and Testament in hopes of a resurrection to eternal Life (that is to say) as follows

Item I will and bequeath after my Funeral Expences are paid likewise all Debts and my Body decently buried
Then I give unto my loving Brother Francis Head of Queenborough aforesaid the Interest of all Moneys in the Stocks likewise other Monies on different Securities now out at use for life during which Interest she shall receive as the same may become due

Item and after the decease of my loving Mother I then will and bequeath unto my loving Brothers and Sisters likewise the Children of my late Brother John Head deceased all my Moneys as aforesaid or whatever Money may be due to me after my decease (that is to say) unto Six shares equally as follows
One Share unto my loving Brother William Head of Canterbury
One Share unto my loving Brother James Head of Minster
One Share unto my loving Sister Ann the Wife of Will G. Gardner of Hernhill
One Share unto my loving Sister Sarah the Wife of William Swift of Minster
One Share unto my loving Sister Dinah Baker Widow of Queenborough
and One Share unto the four Children of my loving Brother John Head late of Minster deceased or the Surviving ones of the said to be paid then when William Head the youngest of the four shall come to the age of 21 years

Item I will and bequeath all my Wearing Apparel unto Frances the Wife of John Hadlow of Hernhill in the County of Kent
and I nominate and appoint my loving Brothers Will G. Gardner and William Swift my Executors for putting this my last Will and Testament into Execution

This Will was proved at London on the Twenty seventh day of June in the Year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and three before the Right Honorable Sir William Wynne Knight Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oath of William George Gardner and William Swift the Executors named in the said Will to whom Administration was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the deceased having been first sworn by Commission duly to Administer.
