To be buried in the churchyard of Hernehill.
Item: my wife Ann to have my part of my house and lands at the church now in
the occupation of John Clyet paying to the poor of the parish 10 shillings yearly
at Christmas and Easter at either of these times.
After her death my part to go to Robert Bonnyer the son of John Bonnyer, paying 20 shillings yearly to the
wardens of the church for the use of the poor.
If Robert should die without issue before my wife then the part to go to the sons of Michael Horsley, Benjamin
and Mark to be equally divided and they to pay the 20 shillings as before.
Item: to Robert Bonnyer the son of John Bonnyer my house at Dargat and my lands there
Item: to Henry Symmonds and his wife during their lives the house at Downes
Forstall with half the courte from the elm standing in the backyard to the end of
the pond and from about the end of the barn to the two apple trees and a half in
the breadth from the two apple trees viz a pond of water and a sweet apple tree standing between the pond and the hedge
after their decease to Gervase Heeler the elder.
Item: all the rest of the orchard to my brother Gervase Heeler with the brooke I bought of Sander�s widow.
Item: to Mathew Heeler my brother my dwelling house my tile loft and working
places with all my woods and grounds paying to the heirs of Sir Henry Crips yearly 8000 plain tiles for ever.
Item: I do give to Thomas Weldish my part of my house at Boughton Street on condition that he pay �5 to Leonard Harryes of Tenhall that I stand bound, if he will not then to my brother Gervase Heeler.
Item: to Gervase Heeler my brother my part of the parsonage, he paying to
Richard Heler the elder my godson �10 and the same to Effra Heler on the day they marry.
Item: to Richard Heler the younger �5 within 1 year.
Item: to Mathew Heeler the younger �5 within 1 year.

Item: to Garvis Heeler my grey gelding
Item: to Mathew Heler my brother a 12 month colt, a cow and 6 ewes immediately after my decease.
Item: to John Heler my cousin a cow to be delivered as before.
Item: to Michael Horselye 2 kine, two seams of wheat, two seams of malt and a mare.
Item: to Benjamin and Mark Horselye a bullock each.
Item: to Mary Starannde �5 at the day of her marriage.
Item: to the 8 children of George Bovyies and his wife 8 ewes.
Item: to each of my servants a ewe.
Item: At my burial 2 seams of wheat for the poor.
Item: to my wife shall have the corn in the barn this year and the next and the hay in the garden.
Item: to my brother �5 that is in the hands of Mr John Cripes.
All the residue I give to my wife Ann whom I make sole executor.
