To be buried in the churchyard of Hernehill near my children.
Item: to the poor of the parish of Hernehill 20 shillings the day of my burial.
Item: to Affra my daughter the wife of Richard Ambrose �20 two years after my decease, if she be dead to Thomas and Jarvice Ambrose her sons, the each to be the others heir.

Item: to Mathew Ambrose, Isaac Ambrose and Reynold Ambrose sons of the said Richard and Affra my daughter the sum of 40 shillings apiece at 14 years of age.
Item: to Elizabeth Sedywarth daughter of my said daughter Affra 40 shillings.
Item: to Judith Sedywarth daughter of my daughter Ann Sedgeworth, widow of John Sedgeworth �30.
Item: my daughter Ann to have two pairs of sheets
Item: to Richard Heeler my son my great brass pot

Item: to Mathew Heeler my son my bedstead in the chamber over the hall in my new house at Hernhill, my best featherbed, one boulster, one pillow, one blanket, two pairs of sheets, my great coverlet, my second brass pot, two pewter platters and two pewter dishes.

Item: to Caleb Heeler my son my bedstead in the parlour of the new house, my second featherbed, one boulster, one pillow, one blanket, one coverlet two pairs of sheets, my third brass pot two pewter platters and two pewter dishes.

Item: to Joseph my son my third featherbed, one boulster, one pillow, one blanket, one coverlet, two pairs of sheets, my fourth brass pot three pewter platters and three pewter dishes and my bedstead in the chamber over the hall in any house being in Hernhill at a place there called Way Street.

Item: to Elizabeth, Richard and Roger Heeler children of my brother Mathew deceased 20 shillings a piece.
Item: to widow Braynes of Hernhill the sum of 3 shillings and 4 pence.
I make Mathew Heeler my son my executor.
Item: to Richard Heeler my son 25 acres of land in Hernhill (specifics given in will).

Item: to Mathew Heeler my son my lands of Fayrebrook being in Boughton Under Blean and my lands called Downes Forstall, Which my brother Richard Heeler gave me.
The other 4 acres in Waystreet which I bought of my brother Mathew Heeler and one acre of land in Makande I bought off my brother in law Edmund Gibbes

Item: to Caleb Heeler my son which I bought of Thomas Cuntry of Fordwich. He to pay the money for Affra and Ann�s legacies.
Item: to Joseph Heeler my son 12 acres more or less being in Way Street that was my father�s John Heeler and land at Wayward�s Down in Hernehill bought of Thomas Potter and Edmund Gibbes (further descriptions of acreage given).

Item: to Richard and Joseph Heeler a further piece of land bought of George Church.
Witnesses: Leonard Harris, George Reynolds and John Rabbitts.
