To be buried in the churchyard of Hernehill.
Item: to the poor at my funeral 6 shillings and 8 pence.
Item: to Ann Heeler my wife one pair of sheets, one table cloth and 6 table
napkins, one pewter platter, one pewter dish, 6 pewter spoons and one courte
cupboard standing in the chamber over the parlour and one bedstead and one flock bed in the chamber over the hall.
Item: to Rebecca my daughter �30 at 21.
Item: all the rest of my goods not bequeathed to Jarvis and Mathew my sons and Rebecca my daughter, equally to be
divided between them.
Item: to Richard Heeler and Joseph Heeler my sons two ewe lambs and 5 shillings each.
Item: my executors to pay my wife her jointure.
Item: to Caleb Heeler and Richard Ambrose all the rest of my goods to sell and settle my debts.
Item: to Richard and Joseph Heeler my sons the garden of apples and cherries of
about 3 acres, laying against my brother Joseph�s house and a further two acres
of cherries laying in Hernehill called Church Cross.
Item: to Jarvis and Mathew Heeler my sons the rest of my lands at the age of 21.
If my wife Anne refuse to bring up my two sons Richard and Joseph, then my
three eldest children to have the said lands and the profits from them to be used to raise them.
My eldest son Jarvis shall not meddle with any of my lands until Mathew my son is 21.
I make Caleb Heeler and Richard Ambrose my executors.
