To be buried in the churchyard of Hernehill.
Item: to the poor at my funeral 10 shillings.
Item: to Jarvis Heeler, my brother Richard�s son �20 within 1 year.
Item: to James Ambrose and Edward Ambrose sons of Richard Ambrose 20
shillings a piece within 1 year, the other to be each other heir.
Item: to Ann Heeler, my brother Joseph�s daughter the sum of �10 and to her sister Mary �10 at 18.
Item: to Joanne Heeler daughters of my brother Caleb deceased the sum of �10 at 18.
Item: To Isaac Ambrose Richard Ambrose�s son �10 within 2 years of my decease.
Item: to Elizabeth Martin daughter of my sister Naomi 40 shillings.
Item: to Rebecca Heeler daughter of my brother Richard one of my best kine.
Item: to Jarvis Heeler, son of my brother Richard the lease which I have of a
prell of land which I hold of Robert Hogekinson being in Whistable adjoining
Borstall St till the 6 year lease expires.
All the rest of my moveable goods I give to Mary Heeler my wife whom I make
sole executor, Joseph Heeler my brother to be my overseer and 10 shillings to him.
If Mary my wife shall refuse to prove the will I make Joseph the executor.
If Mary do remarry then she shall pay Jarvis and Mathew Heeler sons of my
brother Richard �50 a piece on the day of her marriage.
Item: all my lands in Downes Forstall in Hernehill after her death to Mathew
Heeler my godson and Jarvis Heeler his brother sons of my brother Richard and
their issue, for want of such issue to John and Caleb my brother Joseph�s sons.
If the aforesaid Jarvis should die the profits to go to his wife Sarah for the term of her life.
Item: to Joseph Heeler my brother my lands in Faversham and Boughton Under
Blean called Fairebrook, he paying Mathew Ambrose my godson �5, the said
Joseph and his heirs shall pay to Ann Clare my sister�s daughter out of those lands 40 shillings yearly.
However, if I should have a child with Mary my wife, he or she shall receive all the said lands.
