DATE: 21st January 1650, Proved: 26th June 1653

To be buried in the churchyard of Graveney.
Item: To Stephen Milstead, my sister�s son �50 at 21.
Item: To John Milstead, my sister�s son �50 at 21.
If either of them should die then my wish is that it should go to Mary Clinch my cousin, daughter of my brother Gervase Heeler.

Item: To my cousin Mary Clinch and to her heirs �50 1 month after my decease.
Item: To Elizabeth Heeler, my brother Gervase�s daughter the sum of �50 at 21.
Item: To Gervase Heeler my brother Gervase�s son the sum of �40 at 21, they to be each other�s heir.
Item: To my Aunt Nash �7, and to each of her five children 40 shillings which is in the hands of Henry Nash.

Item: To Gervase Heeler son of my brother Gervase all my lands at Hernhill at 21, if he should die they to go to cousin Mary Clinch and Elizabeth Heeler daughters of Gervase Heeler, with Edward Clinch and Mary Clinch son and daughter of Mary Clinch.

Item: To John Heeler, Jarvis Heeler and Joseph Heeler sons of my uncle Joseph Heeler my lands at Fairebrook.
My cousin John Heeler of Graveney shall have all the profits of my lands at Way Street and Downe Foster until Michaelmas and then to my sister Bouly shall have the profits for the education of Gervase Heeler

All the rest of my moveable goods I give to John Heeler of Graveney to pay my debts, legacies and funeral expences and do appoint him sole Executor.
