To be buried in the churchyard of Hernehill.
Item: to Gervase and Mathew Heeler my two younger sons between them a cow and 10 ewes, 2 bullocks of 2 years of age a piece and my wife to have the said bullocks till they are 3 years old and she to keep the kine and ewes paying 20 pence apiece for each year for the said year and for the ewes 4 shillings for the profit of my two sons.

Item: I will that Richard Heeler my eldest son shall take up the said sheep and kine till Mathew and Gervase reach 21 years and that Richard or his assigns shall pay them the profits.

Item: to Alice my wife my lands in Hernehill for 1 whole year, she paying 8000 tiles to Sir Henry Crisp at Lamas. She shall keep the house at Way Street in good repair, she shall have it till Mathew is 21.

Item: to Mathew and Gervase my sons 2 crofts and 2 fields called Bromfields at 21.
Item: to the church at Hernhill 10 shillings, if my sons die the profits of Bromfields to the poor forever.
If they die without lawful heirs the next of my kin to have the lands paying to the poor �10.

Item: to Gervase my son 3 platters, 3 pewter dishes, 3 pairs of sheets and a coverlet and a blanket, a brass pot, a chaser, a salter and a ships chest.
Item: to Mathew my son, a featherbed, a bolster, a coverlet, a blanket and 2 pairs of sheets, the great brass pot, 3 platters, 3 dishes a salter and a salt seller and a skate pan?

Item: to Alice Formrych (?) a lamb and to her two children a lamb.
All the rest of my moveable goods I give to Alice my wife.

Witnesses: Richard Younge, Henry Symon and Richard Feller.
