I give and bequeath to Mary my eldest daughter three thousand pounds to be paid her out of the three pounds ten shillings per cent Bank Annuity stock one thousand seven hundred and forty seven second subscription standing in the company's books in my name to be paid her at the age of twenty one years or day of marriage PROVIDED it is with the consent of her mother my intention is that the aforesaid sum of money shall be in lieu and full satisfaction of any sum of money which my daughter Mary may demand by my marriages settlement
the remaining part of my three pounds ten

standing in the company's books in my name I give and bequeath to my daughters Dorothea Hendley
Elizabeth Henley and Ann Henley equally to be divided between them
I likewise give and bequeath to my daughters Dorothea Henley Elizabeth Henley and Ann Henley my
three percent one thousand seven hundred and forty four standing in my name in the company's
books
what I have given to my three daughters Dorothea Henley Elizabeth Henley and Ann Henley may demand by marriage
settlement which said stocks shall be disposed to my daughters Dorothea Henley Elizabeth Henley and
Ann Henley respectively when they attain to the age of twenty one years or day of marriage provided it
is with the consent of their mother
I give and bequeath to my daughter Priscilla Henley and my daughter Bridget Henley the five thousand pounds mentioned in my marriage settlement equally to be divided between them.
All my lands and Tenements whatsoever I give to my son William Henley his
heirs and assigns
I give and bequeath to my dearly beloved wife my chambers number seven in Coney
court in Grays Inn and do direct that my wife may have the use of my furniture of dwelling house in
Otham until my son comes to the age of twenty one years.
I do appoint my wife executrix and guardian to my son and daughters
all the residue of my personal estate I give and bequeath to my wife and do
likewise give and bequeath five hundred pounds to be raised upon my real estate to my wife.
