Will of Edward Henty

of Maidstone, Kent

I nominate my wife Mary Henty & my sons John and William as my Executrix and Executors of this my Will

I give devise and bequeath to my wife all my freehold leasehold and all my property that may have in possession at the time of my decease all my monies bils etc. then due or that may become due for her use during her life

and after her decease I direct that such property shall be equally divided between and among my two sons John and Wm and my daughter Mary share and share alike

In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand this seventh day of January One thousand eight hundred and fifty one Edward Henty
