Item I will and devise that the Lands w[hi]ch I purchased of one Richard Reasone lyinge in Deeping
Fenn als Goggesland in the Countie of Lincoln, and all those landes or marshe grounds conteyninge
by estimacon One hundred acres wch I purchased of John Gason the Father and John Gason the
sonne lyinge in Stodmarshe in the County of Kent, and alsoe all those or the residue of my lands, wch
I heretofore purchased lying wthin the Manor of Tinton : saving the interests of Mrs. Mary Hales widdowe and Jeromy Gaye of London, Draper
And all those landes and my interest therein called or knowne by the name of Dowles lands in the County of Kent wch I holde by the Demise or
graunte of Sir Walter Chute, Knight, And also fower hundred pounds worth of Tymber beinge on Sellinge and Tinton, To be solde and
assigned over by my Executor for and towards the payment of my Debts and the legacies hereafter bequeathed
Item I give and bequeath unto Raphe Heyman my sonne the some of Three hundred pounds of lawfull money of England to be paid unto him wthin
one Yeare after the Daye of my Death
Item I give and bequeath unto Mary Heyman my Daughter the some of Eight hundred Poundes of lawfull money of England to be paid unto her
upon the Daye of her marriage or wthin sixe monethes next after the Day of my Death, wch shall first and next happen
Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Rebecca Heyman the some of Fyve hundred Poundes of lawfull money of England to be paid unto her
upon the Daye of her marriage, or wthin one yeare after shee shall accomplish the age of one and Twentie yeares wch shall first and next happen
Item I give and bequeath unto my sonne Henry Heyman Twoe hundred Pounds of like money of England
Item I give and bequeath unto my sonne Be..ay? Heyman the like some of Twoe hundred Pounds of money of England to be paid unto
him wthin one yeare next after the expiracon of his Apprenticeshipp
Item I give and bequeath unto Robert Heyman my sonne the like some of Twoe hundred Pounds of money of England to be paid unto him wthin one
yeare next after the expiracon of his Apprenticeshipp
Item I give and bequeath unto my sonne Reignold Heyman the some of Twoe hundred Pounds of money of England to be paid unto him when he
shall accomplish his age of one and Twentie yeares
Item I will and bequeath unto Rebecca my wife Three hundreth Pounds worth of goods, to be vallued by the discretion of my Overseers of this
my Will
Item all the residue of my goods, Cattells, plate, Jewells, houshold stuffe and other ymplements of housholde, I give, devise and bequeath unto Sir Peter Heyman, Knighte, my sonne and heire whome I hereby nomynate and appointe to be my sole Executor,
And that the said legacies and other the premises may be performed according To my true intent and meaninge
I doe hereby ordeyn and make William Heyman my brother, Robert Nanton and Robert Hill Esq'rs to be Overseers of this my Will
In wittnes whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale the Day and yeares first above written.
