This is the last Will and Testament of me John Hilder of Seven Oaks in the County of Kent Turner

First I revoke and make void all wills heretofore by me made confirming this to be my last as aforesaid dated this Six Day of April One thousand eight hundred and eighteen

First I will and direct that all my just debts funeral expenses and the proving of this my will be paid by my executors hereafter named and the remainder of my property I will and dispose of in the following manner

I give unto my beloved wife all my household goods plate linen and china
and also all my other property I may die possessed of I give unto Nicholas How Junr Carpenter and Tho: Parker Junr bricklayer both of Sevenoaks in Trust commanding them to call in All my money and place the same in Government Security and the interest I give unto my said Wife during her natural life or so long as she shall continue a Widow

And immediately after her decease or day of Marriage I give the principal money unto my daughter when she shall attain the age of twenty one years if her said mother should die or marry before that period but should it at any time appear to my Exors to be to the Interest and Advantage of my said wife and daughter to have Any part of the whole of the Principal money then I direct that they have it accordingly

And I appoint Nicholas How as aforesaid & Thos Parker as aforesaid my Executors to this my Will _ J Hilder _
