In the name of God Amen The xxviijth of June 1615
I Stephen Hippellthought of Tylmanston in the Countye of Kent Yeoman being in good and perfecte memorye (thankes be gyven unto allmightye God) doe make and ordeyne this my laste will and testament in mann[e]r and forme followeinge
Firste I will and bequeathe my Soule unto the hands of almightye God whse? grace yt unto me in full and perfecte hope the onelye merritts of my Lord and Saviour Christe at the yeldall? resurrection to be pertaker of that eternall inheritannce w[hi]ch he w[i]th his? most pr[e]ticous bloud hath .....sed for all them that love and feare him Faiee I bequeath my body to the earth whereof yt was firste made to be buryed at the discretion of my executor hereafter named

Item I will and bequeath unto Alyce my wyffe all my goods whatsoever whome I make sole Executor

excepte one wynies chest standing in the chamber where I nowe lye, and one table standinge in the Haull, wch I give my daughter Frances after my wyves decease
and my wyffe to have thereof yt terme of her lyffe and the residewe of my goods at my wyves decease
